ICF AACS Gestalt Supervision in the Age of AI: A Wholistic Approach
A 90-hour ICF Advanced Accreditation in Coaching Supervision (AACS) programme for experienced coaches developing their practice and professional identity as coaching supervisors.
Rooted in Gestalt theory and aligned with the ICF Coaching Supervision Competencies and ICF Core Competencies, the programme develops the reflective, relational, ethical and professional capacities needed to supervise coaches working within increasingly complex relational, organisational, cultural and systemic contexts.
We understand coaching supervision as more than reflection on coaching technique. Supervisory attention may move between the coach as practitioner, the coaching relationship, the client, the supervision relationship, the wider organisational and systemic field, ethical and professional responsibilities, and the supervisor’s own experience and use of self.
Across six developmental modules, participants move through the journey:
Self → Relationship → Field → Possibility → Responsibility → Maturation
The programme combines live online learning, structured between-module learning, observed coaching supervision, faculty feedback, reflective practice, group supervision, supervision-on-supervision and a final professional readiness process.
Participants are invited not only to ask:
“What should I do as a supervisor?”
but also:
“How am I arriving at what I think I know?”
A distinctive strand of the programme explores the responsible use of AI as a reflective companion. AI may widen inquiry, challenge assumptions and surface alternative perspectives, while remaining bounded by confidentiality, critical thinking, ethics and human professional judgement.
The programme does not seek to produce supervisors who reproduce a single method. Instead, it supports each participant to develop a coherent supervisory stance that is reflective, relationally responsive, ethically grounded and able to work with complexity and uncertainty.

International Group Supervision
A space to pause, reflect and deepen your practice.
Working with people, teams and organisations brings moments of discovery, complexity and sometimes uncertainty. Having a space to step back, explore what is happening in our work and learn alongside others can make a meaningful difference.
Our International Group Supervision offers a reflective, experiential and collaborative space to explore professional practice through a relational, Gestalt-informed and systemic lens.
Together, we make room for different perspectives, emerging questions and deeper awareness of ourselves, our clients and the systems we are part of.

You don't need to arrive with a clearly defined question. Sometimes supervision begins with simply noticing what stays with us.
Who is it for?
The groups welcome coaches, supervisors, Gestalt practitioners in organisations (GPOs), organisational development (OD) practitioners, consultants, facilitators and other professionals working with people and systems.
No previous experience with Gestalt supervision is required. What matters is openness to reflection, curiosity and learning together.
How does it work?
We meet in small, closed groups across four quarterly sessions, allowing trust, continuity and shared learning to develop over time.
Sessions combine reflection, dialogue and experiential exploration within a confidential and supportive environment.
A minimum of three participants is required for each group to run.
