We create learning spaces where leaders and coaches grow the capacity to see systems clearly, hold complexity, and act with integrity.
Gestalt Supervision in the Age of AI: A Wholistic Approach
A rigorous, cohort-based program that deepens reflective practice, strengthens ethical presence, and expands capacity to work with complexity in coaching and leadership contexts.
Rooted in Gestalt theory - phenomenology, field theory, dialogue, and the cycle of experience - the curriculum is explicitly aligned with the ICF Core Competencies and enacts the three classical supervision functions: normative, formative, and restorative.
Built around the Symbiotic Supervision Model, the program integrates Gestalt foundations, ICF competencies, and the reflective use of AI as an optional companion for prompting, mirroring language, and surfacing ethical or systemic dimensions. AI never replaces human supervision; it simply widens the reflective field, remaining participant-led and ethically bounded.
The program is approved for 40 CCE hours by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) - 31 hours in Core Competencies and 9 in Resource Development—making it fully eligible for ICF credential renewal.
